1. How long is the order processing time ?

A: Depends on the product. Usual making time is 10-15 days however in some cases, the time can be increased due to over booking, travel emergencies or product status being out of stock. All the manufacturing time per product is described in the description of each product. You can read about shipping time in our shipping and returns section.

For readily available products, making time is 3-7 days plus shipping time.

2. How do I send customisation requirements ?

A:After placing your order, please mail us your photos and message that you want to add inside to our email address poojisopus@gmail.com. Clearly mention your order ID and customer name (name given on shipping address) in the subject line of the mail so we do not mix the photos with other orders. If custom requirements exceed the limit to which we are offering the products at, then extra will be charged for the same.

3. What kinds of payment methods are available ?

A: COD is not available - Paytm, phonepe, google pay, card payment and UPI is accepted on all orders - Once payment is made, and order is confirmed, no cancellation will be available since that would mean that your custom order is already in process and it would be a loss on our end to cancel customised orders.
